Ingredients?

All of our soy candles are made with 100% soy wax and high grade fragrance oils. We do not test on animals and the ingredients we use are also cruelty free. 

We use fragrance oils in our blends. This allows us to get a great range of scents and also makes our candles excellent value for money.

Our Bath Oils are a blend of Jojoba and Almond oil with a delicate hint of fragrance 

Customers with nut allergies are advised against purchasing these oils 

Our Room sprays are a blend of rose water and a gentle splash of delicate fragrance 

Gifts ?

Our products make thoughtful gifts for friends and family. Check out our BUNDLES options and save while buying a selection of products. Please advise what you’d like written on the complimentary gift tag in the comments section of your order

Delivery ?

Delivery to anywhere in Australia is a flat fee of $10 using Australia Post or Private Courier

We update each order with tracking details once we have sent the box off.

Issues with delivery ?

If your delivery isn’t going to plan then please contact us right away. We are here to help sort out the issue and will do everything we can to get your parcel to you. You can call us on 0411 064 055 or email us at orders@bougiesdeluxecandles.com.au

Items are broken or missing 

If you’ve received your order and something has been damaged during delivery please let us know right away.  Email us with details of your delivery, what’s damaged and a photo and we will arrange replacements or a refund, depending on the situation and what you’d prefer. We request that all damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery. 

We are only human and very occasionally we may miss something out of your parcel. If this has happened please let us know and we will get the missing item to you asap.
